Cancellation Policy
Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment. No deposit = no appointment. The deposit goes toward your total but is not refundable under any circumstances. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Anything under 24 hours = deposit is gone. • No-shows must prepay in full for any future appointments. I love my clients, but not enough to donate my time for free. ⸻ Arrival & Access Requirements To keep everything smooth and on schedule: • Vehicle must be unlocked and accessible when I arrive. • Please remove personal items from seats, doors, and trunk. • I need enough space to fully open all doors. • Apartments: please secure a clear space or guest parking for me to work. If I can’t access or start the job within 10 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. ⸻ Vehicle Condition
